About The Recovery Place
The Recovery Place is more than a beautiful Florida setting for the very difficult work of rehabilitation. We are a team of drug and alcohol addiction treatment experts. Using our professional knowledge and skill, in combination with compassion, we help our clients and families succeed in their drug addiction and alcohol rehab efforts.
- Our Traditional Treatment Program addresses chemical dependency and alcoholism, concurrently with mental health problems and diagnoses. Although this program is highly structured and is based on the 12-step system of recovery, it also has many components that are specific to the individual.
- Our Christian Chemical Dependency Treatment Program combines rehabilitation and treatment with the added dimension of discovering hope and strength through a Christ-centered focus.
- Our Dual Diagnosis Program is designed to help our clients achieve and sustain long-term management of addictions that are complicated by additional psychological issues such as anxiety, schizophrenia, phobias and many other co-occurring diagnoses.
Trauma recovery support, family therapy, and mental health treatment are integrated into each of our programs, when needed, as part of the individualized care plan for our clients. All programs are offered both as an inpatient or outpatient modality. Our facilities are comfortable and reassuring in their home-like setting.
Support is a core value at The Recovery Place. We are aware that often the client will feel worse before they begin to conquer their addictions and symptoms. We respect the struggle our clients are experiencing, and provide the patience and understanding that they need. Some members of our staff have successfully conquered addiction themselves, and therefore have an additional level of understanding of what the clients are going through.
