Christian Addictions Program
Christian Drug Addiction Treatment is a powerful program at The Recovery Place.
Traditional therapeutic interventions are enhanced with a Christ-centered program of addiction recovery.
Primary therapy groups are held five days a week, and facilitated by a Christian counselor. Frequent Bible study sessions are held throughout the week to help clients explore God’s inspired Word and apply them to their recovery process.
In order to integrate their transition to health, with Christ as a part of their new identity, clients in the Christian Drug Addiction Treatment Program attend vibrant local churches. Clients and their families can also enhance their daily lives and activities with concurrent participation in respected and successful programs such as Celebrate Recovery support groups, and local chapters of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
Active participation in these programs prior to leaving The Recovery Place helps to create a supportive and important safety net for clients after discharge.
Christ-centered therapy is combined with traditional therapeutics in order to create a unique treatment plan that is specific to each client.
Traditional therapies include:

- Psycho-educational groups
- Addictions education
- Relapse prevention
