traditional addiction treatment program at The Recovery Place thus takes a client-centered approach that incorporates other traditional therapies, such as:
- Individual evaluation and therapy sessions to ensure the treatment is specific to yours or your loved one’s needs
- Group therapy sessions with individuals experiencing similar struggles with the disease
- Addiction education to ensure everyone involved has a true understanding of the entire addiction—how it affects the individual and family, mentally, physically and emotionally
- Life-skills education assisting the individual struggling with addiction in reentering society without alcohol and drugs to live a healthy and productive life
- Relapse prevention to help ensure lifelong addiction recovery

With a heavy focus on life-skills, our ultimate goal is to provide the necessary care to rid your life of addiction, while continually equipping you and your loved ones with the education to live life on life’s terms. Allowing clients the opportunity to take care of themselves while involved in our traditional addiction programs gives them a strong footing for a life in recovery—a life without addiction!
I've never been to a rehab center before, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to seek treatment. I was taught coping skills for things I never knew about before. The staff here is so patient and I truly felt that the one-on-one sessions with my clinician, as well as, my primary groups were great!
